E-book FAQ
Please treat this electronic book as you would a printed copy. Don’t resell it. Don’t post it on the Internet for public usage. Doing so is not only illegal, it’s wrong and will dampen my desire to write as well as harm my faith in the inherent goodness of humanity. Feel free to share this book with a friend or two, just like you would a printed book.
